What’s Coming to Restaurant Row

Get a sneak peek at the eateries coming to Boca Raton’s newest dining district.

Whether you’re craving a light bite, a happy hour special, or an upscale meal for lunch or dinner, Restaurant Row may be your favorite new stomping grounds. Nestled in Midtown Boca Raton, this indoor-outdoor dining complex developed by PEBB Enterprises is the latest addition to the city’s expanding food scene.

“With the growing population and a lot of the relocation that is happening here in South Florida, specifically Palm Beach County and Boca, there’s really a need for more diversity of restaurants,” says Eric Hochman, chief investment officer at PEBB Enterprises. “We hear all the time from friends, families, and tenants of ours in other assets and office buildings that we own say, ‘When are you guys going to work on bringing some new restaurant concepts to Boca?’”

For this property (which is adjacent to the Town Center Mall and surrounded by more than 2 million square feet of class-A office space and hotels), PEBB Enterprises sought new-to-market restaurants backed by strong, established groups. Occupants will include the first Palm Beach County location of Pubbelly Sushi, a Miami-Dade favorite for its Japanese-meets-Latin cuisine; Mexican mezcal and tequila bar El Camino, which opened in West Palm last summer following the success of its Delray Beach and Fort Lauderdale spots; Fiolina Pasta House, led by Michelin-star chef Fabio Trabocchi; and Shabibi, a Lebanese-inspired concept from chef Ralph Pagano of Naked Taco restaurants.
